Project 30 - 21 - Self Flagellation

It would seem that a promise, at least according to me, is like the treaties between the United States and the Native Americans -- easily broken.

So I punish myself, with 9 Peeps and a Bottle of Egg Nog. I shot this vid on Friday the 28th. It took me five days to recover.

Oh, and I did this to honor the Green Brothers, who pushed me over the edge to actually try to do a project like this. ZeFrank was the gateway drug, the Greens were the hard stuff. So check out the links to both over in the right hand border.
